We pack and ship art so it arrives on time and in good condition — whether it is a canvas, a wrought-iron garden piece, or stained glass.
Packaging
We use packaging chosen for the piece:
- Large paintings — reinforced cartons built for framed or stretched canvas.
- Smaller works — rigid, protective boxes or crates.
- Rolled canvas — when a piece ships unstretched, it is rolled and sent in a sturdy tube.
- Metal and glass — padded, corner-protected packaging so edges and glass stay intact.
Creation time
Hand-painted oils are made to order. Artists typically need 1–2 weeks. We send photos for your approval before the painting leaves the studio. Garden metal and glass in stock usually ship sooner; made-to-order pieces follow the same update process.
Delivery time
After a piece is ready and approved, express shipping is generally 5–7 business days with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or an equivalent partner. Combined production and transit is often about 2–4 weeks for a custom oil.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders over $199 include free shipping. Other shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout — no surprise fees after you pay.
Insurance and tracking
Art shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. You will receive tracking once the carrier collects the package.
Multiple pieces
When we can, we combine items from the same order into one shipment.
Delivery address
Please give a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. We can ship to a gift address if you note it at checkout or on the contact page before the order leaves.
