If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Approved returns of unused items in original condition are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Custom or made-to-order pieces can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or we made an error.
Shipping costs are refunded when the return is our error.
